Just a bottle and reverse painted sign for now, this bottler also had ties to Middletown N.Y. as can be seen in the embossing.

I was talking to Jules, the amazing artist who painted the stoneware jug for my parents 50th Anniversary, and it turns out his dad delivered Morlein Beer for Burton Brewing. Being the talented gent he is he found this old picture and realized it was his father, so he did a little work on the computer and made this...

I'll keep an eye out for you Bruce, my Paterson Bottle Guru didn't even know they existed until last month, and that's with over 40 years of digging and collecting...

Found this writeup in a 1882 Industries of Paterson book I was reading while the power was out, also showing some labels for Burton Beers...

Burton had their hands in everything including Graham's Ale and Sprattler & Mennel, this might have to be a Christmas Present to myself this year...

Is this a full sized tray or a tip tray?

Full sized John, it has angled edges like the tip trays but it's full size, Burton did this on there early trays as you can see with this one for the Katz Bros. who were also using Burton for bottling...
