This one quart and one pint milks are from Brookside Dairy Hackettstown N.J. when S.Tonkins worked the dairy

Hey, any idea whcih brook this would be?  What the location was?  Maybe the creek that runs behind all the businesses off Main St.?  -AA

There were many dairies on Willow Grove st and there is a brook that runs kinda parallel to that st.

Oh, but that would be the Musconetcong River that your'e refering to though, right?  Waterloo Road turns into Willow Grove.  -AA

Yes that is the Musconetcong River i collect Hackettstown NJ bottles and lived there for 40 years i also have and still do alot of digging there

I think the creek refered to here is Bowers Brook...that creek ran from my family farm...all the way across town...to what was once Bowers Pond just off of Maple Street...finally emptying into the Musconetcong River...near the fish hatchery
